JAL Group's counter at Hiroshima-Nishi Airport will be closed on November 1, 2010 accordingly.

Changes or refunds of tickets for the affected routes will be handled as follows.

Changes or refunds of domestic tickets will be handled by or at the following:
- 1. JAL Website or JAL Domestic Reservations and Information
*Except tickets based on shareholder discount, and tickets purchased with other than cash or credit cards. These types of tickets will be handled at 2 or 3 below. - 2. JAL Group domestic airport counters or city ticket counter (Tokyo/Yurakucho)
- 3. Domestic Ticket Assist Service (available from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily)
*Tickets to be changed or refunded are accepted by mail, and the required transactions will be processed according to customers' requests.
